As a fourth generation Tucsonan, Lynn grew up in the world of real estate and construction and developed a passion for it at an early age. She sat her first open house (with her mom) at age 10, and to this day, she still loves looking at houses. She followed in her parents’ footsteps attending the University of Arizona and obtaining a B.S. degree in Marketing from the Eller College of Business.
Lynn has extensive experience in sales management and marketing, publication and social media production, as well as construction administration. She now applies her considerable experience, knowledge and organizational skills to both sides of the real estate business. She is adept at positioning and promoting her sellers’ properties to maximize their return on their investment. She enjoys helping buyers find their dream home, no matter what size or price range, and helping them navigate the often complicated process. As a native Tucsonan, she loves to introduce newcomers to the area and particularly enjoys helping new home buyers navigate the sometimes daunting process of buying a home.
A parent of four children ages 10 through 16 with her husband Dave, Lynn has served on the executive committee of Children’s Museum Tucson Board, as a volunteer advisor for her U of A sorority, as president of her children’s school parent/teacher group, and currently as a member of the school board of Pusch Ridge Christian Academy.
As a military brat, Beth had the adventure of growing up in a Coast Guard family and living in many U.S. regions and abroad. Moving from state to state, country to country and home to home, her attraction to real estate started at a young age as she took a keen interest in the whole process.
After earning her BA at the University of Arizona, Beth spent a decade in the advertising field operating her own advertising agency, assisting local retailers with their marketing message and ad placement. She transitioned into a position as Communications Director for a private K-12 school where she assisted in the school’s rebranding, initiated social media communication, and produced marketing publications. All along the way, she and her husband enjoyed purchasing and improving properties, so it became a very natural move for Beth to pursue a career in real estate.
Beth enjoys working with both buyers and sellers; with buyers she shares the excitement of helping them find the right place to call home, while empathizing with the stresses of life transitions. With sellers, she enjoys polishing the image of their home to market it to its greatest potential and maximum return.
For Beth, it’s a perfect fit. “I am blessed to associated with a team that prides itself on exceptional personalized, professional service. Realtors who care deeply not only about bettering the lives of their clients but in improving our community.”
A SaddleBrooke resident since 1996, Jo got her start in real estate shortly after moving in to her first home (and remodeling it) when her husband, Jim, urged her to find something to do so he could play golf. After retiring from a long-time family printing business, answering phones 2 days a week in a real estate office was easy and soon, not quite enough. A few months later she was working full time and then finally obtained her real estate license in 2000. She quickly progressed from new kid to top sales agent in SaddleBrooke. In 2008, her broker closed the office and she experienced health issues and retired for the second time to concentrate on getting healthy and enjoying her family. She moved within Saddlebrooke several times over those years and enjoyed remodeling each house and Jim still got to play golf!
Coming out of retirement in SaddleBrooke was not on her agenda until Beth Fedor and Lynn Tofel Dent, Realtors® with Realty Executives approached her to join their Make Your Move Matter Team as a Real Estate Concierge.
While not licensed, she is doing what she loved best about being a Realtor®. On the listing side she helps clients work through the overwhelming process of getting their homes ready for market, explaining the advantage of doing a pre-list inspection, providing reliable referrals to take care of any necessary repairs or improvements, and giving them a personal one on one contact through the most difficult of times.
On the buyer side she assists in getting their new home set up, so they can just move in and start enjoying all that SaddleBrooke has to offer in as little time as possible. Whether it is just a fresh coat of paint or entire remodel, she offers invaluable resources to ensure they are being provided the best possible service in a timely manner by proven contractors.
This is a wonderful opportunity for both SaddleBrooke and Jo and she looks forward to being your personal Real Estate Concierge soon.
